What you’ll do

You’ll work directly with our clients and their users, across a wide range of industries, gathering insights, understanding problems and designing solutions.

  • The ability to conduct UX audits & competitor/market analysis
  • Hands on experience conducting direct user research – including moderated one-on-one interviews
  • The ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities, derive use cases, create personas, plan user journeys and information architecture
  • Hands on experience facilitating user testing sessions, with the ability to identify insights and trends, and create client facing reports
  • Excellent UX design skills to create wireframe prototypes
  • Strong visual UI design skills
  • A good understanding of UX/Product Design principles and methodologies
  • The ability to confidently communicate with colleagues, clients and users
  • Excellent written communication – the ability to write clearly and confidently
  • The ability to self-manage and work independently
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your understanding and experience
  • Experience with common software such as Figma/XD/Axure

What you get from us:

  • Competitive salary (based on experience and portfolio)
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Profit share scheme
  • Flexible/remote working (co-working space available as required)
  • Generous holiday allowance
  • Regular team socials
  • Training and development scheme
  • Health insurance
  • Opportunities to travel

Who we are:

We’re a boutique agency specialising in UX, Product and Service Design. We work across a wide range of industries (Health, Education, Insurance & Finance, Media, Aerospace) and whilst we may have individual specialisms, all our team members have a broad UX skillset (we’re all happy to jump in and conduct user research, create prototypes, and plan client workshops).

We have a remote first working model, with co-working spaces in Leeds, Manchester and London, but we catch up daily, and in person most months.

We’re a sociable bunch who work hard and are easy to get along with. That’s why clients like working with us so much.

If you think you’d be a good fit for this role, we’d love to hear from you.
