John James, Head of Product (Payments & Collections)

John is a Head of Product at OVO Energy, responsible for usage, billing & payments products that power OVO with its vision of clean, affordable energy for everyone.

John has a wealth of experience to draw on and share in his talk having previously worked as Head of Digital Product for first direct, spearheading a range of initiatives including Fintech development, API strategy and a Director of the Mobile Payments Scheme (Paym).

Sophie Copley, Co-Founder of Little Journey

Sophie is a multi award-winning product designer, utilising her human-centred design knowledge and creative skillset to drive innovation within the healthcare sector.

Little Journey is a psychological preparation tool that is proven to reduce the anxiety faced by children and their families before visiting hospital for a healthcare procedure.

They have recently landed a 9 month partnership with The LEGO Foundation, to work with neurodivergent children and enhance their product to better support all children to better health.
